Our Staff

We are a staff of lawyers of wide trajectory and specialized in Family Law. To provide our services we have the following differentiated teams of professionals, who work in a manner focused on their respective specialties regarding divorce:

• Our Specialized Legal Technical Team, is made up of professionals, whose forensic and academic practice is focused on the area of Family Law. The lawyers of this team have a solid theoretical and practical training in the process of divorce.
• Legal Negotiation Team, is made up of first level lawyers, with vast experience in litigation and of recognized prestige in the national legal forum for their work as pre and postgraduate university teachers. This team has the mission of assisting with technical counsel in the negotiation process that involves the division of assets that enter into the community and the custody or possession of the children.
• Equipo Psicológico y Pericial, este equipo está conformado por psicólogos especializados en divorcios. La importante función que cumplen dentro del grupo de trabajo de Divorcio Fácil es: coadyuvar en el área del bienestar psicológico de nuestros clientes y sus hijos y realizar valoraciones psicológicas a objeto de que las mismas se constituyan en prueba capaz de establecer de manera técnica y científica determinados aspectos y situaciones en la vida familiar de las personas que están afrontando el proceso de divorcio.
• Psychological and Expert Team, this team is made up of divorce psychologists. The important role that they play within the Divorcio Fácil work group is: to contribute in the area of psychological well-being of our clients and their children and to make psychological assessments so that they can become evidence capable of establishing certain technical and scientific aspects and situations in the family life of people who are facing the divorce process.
